Our Mission

The role and mission of Ebenezer United Methodist Church is to have unlimited visions of an unlimited Savior through whom all things may be accomplished to the glory of God. Standing on the promises of God, we will do so:

• By going out into all the world to reach out and receive persons in the name of Christ

• By encouraging individuals to grow in their relationship to God and in their commitment to Jesus Christ

• By providing opportunities for people to not only be spiritually nurtured, but emotionally, economically, politically, and socially empowered

• By sending our members back out into the world to live and to serve as faithful disciples under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

Under the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit, we will do so recognizing all the while that it is not us, but God who is doing these things through us.
